Mobile Bar Service FAQs

Do you supply alcohol?

We are a dry hire mobile bar, meaning we can provide just about everything except for the alcohol. You'll receive a custom shopping list so you know exactly what and how much to buy. This allows you to save money, choose your favorite brands, and keep any leftovers after the event.

Are you insured?

Of course! We provide both general liability, and liquor liability insurance.

Where are you located and how far do you travel?

We are proudly based in Sonoma County, CA, and serve events throughout Sonoma and Santa Cruz Counties. Traveling outside these areas? Let us know! Travel options may be available.

What will your mobile bar need?

Our mobile bar, will need flat ground for service, and will require power from a 110/120 volt outlet. We will bring the extension cord. If an outlet is not available, please let us know! We can provide a quiet generator for an additional fee.

What event sizes can you handle?

We can comfortably serve event sizes of up to 200, which we will always provide two bartenders for.

Can we use our own decorations?

Sure! We provide minimal decorations, so that you can personalize the bar to fit your theme!

Is gratuity included?

Tipping is not required but always appreciated! You're welcome to tip ahead of time, allow a tip jar on the bar, or handle gratuity post-event. We will go over all tipping preferences during the planning process to make sure it aligns with your event style.
